To commemorate the milestone, Row House is inviting members and newcomers to participate in its “Decade of Row House” Challenge, running April 18-27 and culminating in a “birthday party” across studios on the final weekend of April. During the challenge, participants will row through the years as the brand reflects on its remarkable journey, celebrates the present, and chronicles the evolution of its class types and playlists with a series of throwback workouts. Some of the throwback classes include Founder’s Favorite, the preferred workout of Co-Founder Eric Frohlich; Strength, the popular format introduced in 2022; and a 10K Partner Relay to cap everything off on April 27.

Rowers also have the chance to win a Princess Cruise by participating in and completing the Challenge. Of those who sign up for the challenge and complete 10 classes between April 18-27, ten lucky winners will be chosen for a Princess Cruise voyage for themselves and a friend. To celebrate the end of the Decade of Row House Challenge and the brand’s birthday, Row House will be going live on Instagram from all open studios on April 27th at 7 a.m. PDT/10 a.m. EDT.
