Serie A tickets are always in great demand and matches sell out quickly. A Priority Points scheme is used to release tickets in phases to fans who already hold a certain number of points, based on their attendance at previous matches.

Tickets are rarely available on general sale, although occasionally hospitality options might be an option for supporters who don’t qualify to buy under the Priority Points scheme.

TICKETS TO HOME MATCHES

It should be noted that in relation to the provisions of the Decree of the Minister of the Interior 6/6/2005, the ticket is registered under the name of the purchaser and, therefore, at the time of the purchase it is necessary to present a valid identity document or its copy.

With a view to avoiding long queues to the ticket office of the Stadium in Viale Giulio Cesare on matchday, THE SUPPORTERS ARE INVITED TO PROVIDE THEMSELVES WITH TICKETS IN THE PRESALE PHASE: the current legislation on registration of the tickets under the name of a purchaser has prolonged the time of issuing of the tickets.

The dates and the time of the events indicated on the tickets are only approximative and may be subject to modifications on the bases of the dispositions communicated in some cases by the Lega Serie A.

For organizational reasons and/or for the reasons of public order, the tickets to some competitions may be purchased exclusively by the holders of a physical DEA CARD.

Moreover, it should be noted that the ticket office in Piazzale Goisis is closed to the public.

INFORMATION ON THE AWAY SECTOR

According to the Current Legislation and to the eventual restrictions provided, the conditions of the sale of tickets for the Away sector will be communicated via the ticketing policy that will be publicized on the page dedicated to the event.

The certified capacity of the Away sector for the season 2021-2022 shall be 1.637 seats. At the time of entry into the Stadium, the ticket and a valid identity card shall be presented, besides the Fidelity Card.

These provisions are of general nature, and the eventual specific provisions will be communicated from time to time in relation to single events.

The dates and times of the events indicated on the tickets are only approximative and may be subject to alteration depending on the dispositions communicated in some cases by the Lega Serie A.

ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE USE OF THE GEWISS STADIUM

The access and the stay in the area of the Stadium are expressly subject to the implicit acceptance by the spectators of the Terms and Conditions of ticket purchase, the Regulations on the use of the Stadium, the Privacy Policy and the Regulatory Code, and of all the current regulations imposed by the Leagues and federations that manage the event.

Entry to the Stadium determines the acceptance of the present Regulations. By “Stadium” the Regulations refer to the whole interior facility including the areas of the property that are occupied and used by the Club.

By “Club” the Regulations refer to Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio S.p.A. By “event” the Regulations refer to each match that is held at the Stadium.

HOW TO REQUEST ACCREDITION FOR THE SUPPORTERS WITH DISABILITIES AND ACCOMPANYING CARERS

Atalanta BC has set up a booking service of seats reserved for the supporters with disabilities.

The service of free accreditation is reserved for supporters with disabilities with certificates of 100% disability with the right to continuous assistance (a condition that shall be stated on the certificate of disability).

For safety and accessibility reasons, the seats reserved for the supporters with disabilities are specifically designated to meet particular needs of the movement of wheelchairs inside the stadium and the people with mobility difficulties.

The regular ticket does not allow the entrance to the Stadium of people in wheelchairs.

The Gewiss Stadium offers 62 seats for supporters with limited mobility using a wheelchair that are given for free to the supporters with disabilities with a certificate of 100% disability and, concurrently with the respective accompanying adults and 30 seats for the supporters with limited mobility with a certificate of 100% disability.

The accreditation request for supporters with disabilities and their carers (who shall be over 18) can be sent exclusively via mail to the e-mail address ticketoffice@atalanta.it.

To request accreditation, you need to send:

  • a copy of the 100 % disability certification;
  • a copy of an identity document of the applicant and the carer (who shall be over 18)
  • a copy of the personal data protection declaration signed and filled in.

Requests shall be sent to the e-mail address ticketoffice@atalanta.it starting from 9 a.m. (Italian time) of the 10th day prior to the date of the sports event and within 6 p.m. (Italian time) of the 3rd day prior to the date of the sports event.

An email sent without attaching a copy of an identity document and/or certificate will be deemed invalid.

The concurrent presence of a carer over 18 is obligatory. In case of emergency, they must be able to take care of the supporter with disabilities.

If the carer is absent, the access to the Stadium is not guaranteed to the supporter with disabilities even if he is provided with an accreditation confirmation.

Atalanta BC reserves the right to accept the requests following the presentation order; if all the available seats are sold out, the requests will be rejected.

You will have to present the copy of the accreditation confirmation and an identity document of both accredited individuals.

We highly recommend you to arrive no later than 60 minutes before the start of the match. The stewards at the gates will provide the accredited individuals with an access ticket for the supporter with disabilities and the carer.

The accreditation is strictly personal and is not transferable to third parties.

The carers’ accreditations are also registered under their name, therefore carers that are season ticket holders shall change the name over the days prior to the match in order to receive accreditation.

Changes to the name of a carer can be made within and no later than the dates and the closing hours of the accreditation system.

For further information you can contact the ticketing office through a dedicated form.

SUPPORTER LIASION OFFICER (SLO)
WHO IS THE SUPPORTER LIASION OFFICER (SLO)?

The Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) has the task of maintaining adequate relations with the public; the purpose of its function is to build, preserve, consolidate and develop the “unique bond” of the Club with their fans.

This role was introduced by UEFA to commit clubs to improve the relationship with their supporters and to better organise their participation in events and initiatives.

The introduction of the SLO meets the need of improving communication between the interested parts and making it more trasparent.

Therefore, the SLO carries out a crucial role for the relationships, dialogue and communication between the Club and the fans.

HOW WAS THE POSITION OF THE SLO INTRODUCED?

As provided for by the Article 35 of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play – Edition 2010, starting from the sports season 2012/2013, all the European clubs that participate in the UEFA competitions shall appoint a responsible for the relationships with the fans (Supporter Liaison Officer – SLO) in order to guarantee an adequate and constructive dialogue between the Club and their fans.

Therefore, the FIGC (the Italian Football Federation) initially adopted the dispositions of the UEFA Licensing Manual and therefore on the National Professional Leagues’ initiative have extended the obligatoriness of the position of the Supporter Liaison Officer for all the professional football clubs, including the norms that regulate admission to the League through the issue of the National License.

THE MISSION

The main objective of the SLO is to make a channel of direct and bidirectional dialogue with the Club available to fans; to provide and exchange general information, welcome, build, share and offer activities, motions and initiatives with groups of fans, sponsor the positive participation of supporters in the Club’s activity and increase the quality of the services offered to the fans.

As per current legislation (including Official Statement No. 326/A and the Code of Sports Justice of the Italian Football Federation), the SLO represents the Club’s only officer responsible for the bidirectional communication with the fans.

If you have any concerns, you can contact the SLO by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address slo@atalanta.it.
