- The Derby della Madonnina: Inter Milan and AC Milan share a city and a stadium, so this is a fierce rivalry where even the visiting fans feel like they are attending a home game. This is usually a competitive match as both teams are among Italy’s best. Inter Milan and AC Milan have both won the Scudetto 19 times, and both have finished as runners-up 16 times.
- The Derby del Sole: The Derby of the Sun is contested between Napoli and AS Roma, which were the first two central Italian football clubs to play top-flight football. Titles are rarely on the line when these two teams meet, but the matches between them are usually exciting and entertaining.
Watching Serie A in the UK
BT Sport was the place to watch Serie A games on TV in the UK for years, but TNT Sports has purchased the rights to broadcast the 2023-24 season.
