Serie A tickets are always in great demand and matches sell out quickly. A Priority Points scheme is used to release tickets in phases to fans who already hold a certain number of points, based on their attendance at previous matches.

Tickets are rarely available on general sale, although occasionally hospitality options might be an option for supporters who don’t qualify to buy under the Priority Points scheme.

JUVENTUS OFFICIAL TICKET SHOP

Welcome to the Juventus Official Ticket Shop, the only official sales channel to directly access the beating heart of the Juventus experience: the Allianz Stadium.

When it will be available tickets for the match, you will choose your seat directly on the map and you will see the view in 3D virtual environment. You will be able to buy your tickets with the most common electronic payment instruments and print them by yourself and load them on your Juventus Card.

Attention: you will be able to buy tickets exclusively online, coupons are no longer available at box offices.

Each buyer can purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets per match.

To access the tickets sale phase, you must register for the Juventus Official Ticket Shop.

You have three options to register:

With your Juventus Card: to be used if you have an active Juventus Card.
With your Membership: to be used if you have an active membership.
With an Email: to be used if you have neither a Juventus card nor a membership.

PRIORITY TICKET SALE FOR MEMBERS AND JOFC

The Allianz Stadium will reopen with social distancing rules, and with a reduced seating capacity. Therefore, tickets will be available for Juventus Official Fan Club and Members in priority.

For official matches, with Juventus Membership, you will access to the priority ticket sale phases for every match.

To take advantage of it, you will need to register immediately at the Official Ticket Shop with your Membership number and once you have opened your sales phase, you can access it by selecting the game and logging in. We remind you that to purchase a ticket for the match it is not necessary to own a Juventus Card.

Furthermore, we inform you that you can purchase up to a maximum of four tickets as long as all the holders of the tickets are Members entitled to the same reserved sale phase as you.

During the purchase process, you can choose whether to upload the ticket to your Juventus Card or to receive it in digital format via e-mail.

By accessing your My Ticket Shop, if you have uploaded the ticket to your Juventus Card you can download the place card, otherwise, you can download your ticket in pdf format.

JUVENTUS CARD

The Juventus Card is a personal card that enables you to enter Allianz Stadium and visit other stadiums in Italy in the event that restrictions are imposed by the authorities. Besides allowing the digital uploading of any tickets, the Card is essential to be able to receive a name-change by a season ticket holder. In order to obtain a Juventus Card, you must upload a valid ID document. Your Juventus Card will be valid for 10 years for a price of 15 € + shipment.

SUPPORTER LIASON OFFICER

One of the innovations introduced by the Financial Fair Play regulation is the figure of the Supporter Liaison Officer.
The Supporters Liaison Officer (SLO) is the Delegate of a professional football club dealing with supporters.
It is a professional figure included in UEFA’s Licensing and Financial Fair Play rules in 2010, implemented by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) in the organizational criteria for obtaining national licenses as a fulfillment for the participation of football clubs in the professional championships from the 2012/2013 season.

2022.23 SEASON TICKET HOLDER – MY SEASON PASS SECTION

My Season Pass is the new section within the My Ticket Shop area of the Official Ticket Shop Juventus (tickets.juventus.com) dedicated to the management of the 2022.23 season ticket.

In this area, the season ticket holders can easily enjoy all the services included in the subscription:

  • Reserves management.
  • Possibility of ticket holder changing.
  • Possibility to put on sale of the seat to Juventus (JOFC members also to their Club of reference)
  • To access, register on the Official Ticket Shop Juventus, log in, click on My Ticket Shop and enter the My Season Pass section.

SEASON TICKET – MY SEASON PASS


WHAT IS THE «MY SEASON PASS» SECTION?

It’s a section that you can find in the My Ticket Shop on tickets.juventus.com, through which you can manage your season ticket through a series of functions. To access, register on the Official Ticket Shop Juventus, log in, click on My Ticket Shop and enter the My Season Pass section.

At this point you can take advantage of the dedicated services: ticket holder change, access to the official secondary ticketing and placeholder printing.

HOW CAN CHANGE THE TICKET HOLDER OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To change the ticket holder of your Season Ticket go to the section ‘My Season Pass’ and choose to whom to allocate it among one of the three reserves you entered. You can enter the three names at the time you prefer. Attention: temporarily for technical reasons this functionality of My Season Pass will be available up to 48 hours before the match. Remember: each reserve can be changed until its first use and the new ticket holder must necessarily have an active Juventus Card.

IF I AM NOT A SEASON TICKET HOLDER, CAN I BE NAMED AS A RESERVE ON MORE SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Yes, you can be chosen as a ‘Reserve’ for ticket holder changing on multiple subscriptions and you can only be given one match at a time. If you are a season ticket holder, you cannot be entered as a reserve for another subscriber.

I AM A SEASON TICKET HOLDER WITH A ‘RIDOTTO I’ RATE, CAN I CHANGE THE TICKET HOLDER FOR A MATCH?

No, unfortunately season ticket holder entitled to this special rate can not add reserves or change ticket holder but can only use the secondary ticketing service.

I AM A SEASON TICKET HOLDER WITH A ‘UNDER 16’ OR ‘DONNA’ RATE, CAN I CHANGE THE TICKET HOLDER FOR A MATCH?

If you have purchased a season ticket with ‘Under 16’ or ‘Donna’ rate, you can add 3 reserves and make the change of the ticket holder only to people who are respectively ‘under 16′ on the day of the event or ‘donne’.

WHAT IS THE SECONDARY TICKETING SERVICE?

It’s an important service dedicated to subscribers 22/23. By accessing the My Ticket Shop/ My Season Pass, you can decide to sell to Juventus (JOFC members also to your reference club) a match in which you can not participate, leaving your place available for general sale. If Juventus resells your seat, you will earn a credit that can be spent on matches not included in your season ticket, on Juventus Museum & Allianz Stadium Tour tickets and on the renewal of your season ticket for the following season.

WHEN CAN I DECIDE TO PUT ON SALE MY SEAT?

Approximately 3 weeks before the match when in the My Season Pass section you will see the match. Please note: You will not be able to resume your seat previously on sale and therefore you will not be able to get your seat back for that match.

IF MY SEAT IS NOT SOLD, CAN I STILL ACCESS TO THE ALLIANZ STADIUM?

No, once you put your seat up for sale, you won’t be able to use it for that match.

HOW CAN I MANAGE THE CREDIT THAT I WILL EARN THROUGH SECONDARY TICKETING IN THE NEXT SEASON?

Your credit can only be used on the Official Ticket Shop Juventus to buy:

Tickets for Juventus Museum & Allianz Stadium Tour
Tickets not included in the season ticket
Season ticket renewal for next season
The accrued credit of the current season that is not used by the end of next season’s season ticket campaign is deleted, with no possibility of recovery. You can not use your credit for the payment of PG Italia commissions, entirely due by the subscriber.

HOW CAN I USE THE CREDIT ACCRUED FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE SEASON TICKET FOR THE NEXT SEASON?

Your credit will be automatically deducted during payment by renewing your season ticket through the Juventus Official Ticket Shop. If you are a member of a Juventus Official Fan Club, you can refer to your Club.

Please note that you can use the accumulated credit in the 2019/20 season no later than 16/07/2023.

The credit accumulated in the 2022/23 season will have to be used by the end of the 2023/24 season.

WHEN DO THE CREDITS ON MY MY SEASON PASS PROFILE EXPIRE?

If you still have credits accumulated during the 2019/20 season you can use them no later than 16/07/2023.

The credit accumulated in the 2022/23 season will have to be used by the end of the 2023/24 season.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY JUVENTUS CARD ON WHICH MY SEASON TICKET HAS BEEN LOADED HAS EXPIRED?

Buy a new Juventus Card on https://www.juventus.com/en/bianconeri/#juventuscard. Once you have received your new Juventus card, contact the dedicated email address: subscriptions@pg-mc.com or call (+39) 0230458026 to ask to moved your season ticket from the old juventus card to the new one.

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS 2019/20 REFUND

Due to the Covid-19 emergency, some matches of the first team were suspended and then played without an audience at the Allianz Stadium. To remunerate the season ticket holders of unused matches, Juventus has decided to reimburse the fans by issuing a voucher, as required by law, for an amount corresponding to the rate of each match that they were unable to attend due to the pandemic period (from 8th March to 26th May).

Subscribers of 2019/20 season doesn’t have to apply for the voucher: they received it directly by email with more information on July 17th 2020. If you are a Season ticket holders check your inbox or visit the Official Ticket Shop and log in to “My Ticket Shop” and make a new registration. It is very important to make the registration using your Juventus Card, otherwise you may not see your credits correctly.

2019.20 SEASON TICKET – VOUCHER
HOW CAN I APPLY FOR THE VOUCHER?

You don’t need to apply. In order to make things easier for you and simplify the procedure, the voucher amount has already been credited to your “electronic wallet” you will find in the Official Juventus Ticket Shop. To access it you must register on the site using your Juventus card (you can do so by clicking here). Registering on the Official Ticket Shop is the only way you can verify your credit.

An exception is made for anyone still a minor by July 1st 2020, for whom a special voucher application procedure to be performed by an adult exercising parental responsibility has been arranged. For specific information you may refer to the specific FAQ below.

IS IT ESSENTIAL TO REGISTER WITH THE JUVENTUS CARD?

Yes: the Juventus Card provides the code that enables us to recognise you as a 2019/2020 season ticket holder.

BY WHAT DATE MUST I REGISTER ON THE JUVENTUS TICKET SHOP TO ACCESS MY CREDITS?

The recent legislative action on urgent measures to support businesses and economic operators, of work, health and territorial services, related to the emergency from COVID-19 (D.L. n. 41/2021 converted, with modifications, from the L. 21 May 2021, n. 69) has extended to 36 months, regarding the 18 months originally previewed, the period of validity of vouchers issued under the COVID-19 (D.L. n. 18/2020 and s.m.i.). The voucher holders will therefore have the opportunity to use the corresponding credit by 16 July 2023.

We suggest that you register in time to be able to use up all your credits.

WHAT CAN I BUY WITH THE VOUCHER?

You may therefore use it to purchase season tickets and tickets for matches organised at the Allianz Stadium and Juventus Museum&Tour tickets. The voucher can be used to purchase tickets available through the Juventus sales channels.

Each purchase will automatically deduct a share of the voucher required to cover the cost of the ticket/s you are purchasing until all your credit is used up. If your voucher does not have enough funds to cover the required amount to complete the purchase, the remaining amount may be paid for using the electronic payment tools provided on Juventus sales channels. The voucher may not be used to pay the service commissions charged by the owner of the sales system for any brokerage fees involved in the sales and issue of the entry tickets.

MUST I USE THE VOUCHER ALL AT ONCE?

Not necessarily. The voucher can be used to purchase items up until the funds run out.

CAN I USE THE VOUCHER AT A PHYSICAL SALES OUTLET OR FOR PURCHASES THAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THE OFFICIAL TICKET SHOP?

The voucher can be used both within the online Official Juventus Tickets Shop and at the sales counters that may be open on the day of the match at the Allianz Stadium or at the sales counter at the Juventus Museum located in Via Druento 153/42. Be sure to state your intention of using the voucher to make payments at the sales counters before making the purchase. Even in this case, however, you must be registered on the Official Ticket Shop.

CAN I USE THE VOUCHER TO MAKE PURCHASES INSIDE THE JUVENTUS STORE FOR MERCHANDISING PRODUCTS?

No, this is not allowed. The voucher can only be used to purchase ticket counter products available through the Juventus sales channels.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T USE UP ALL THE CREDIT?

The voucher lasts 36 months from the date of issue, after which time any residual credit may no longer be used.

I’M A MINOR (OR AT LEAST I WAS WHEN I BOUGHT MY SEASON TICKETS) HOW CAN I ACCESS MY VOUCHER?

According to current legislation, minors cannot purchase on the Official Ticket Shop. The voucher will be credited on the electronic wallet in the name of the adult entrusted with parental responsibility for the minor. All under-age season ticket holder on July 1st, 2020, received a communication at the e-mail address provided at the time of registering on the Juventus.com site with instructions on the procedure by which the person entrusted with parental responsibility may request the voucher for matches included in the minor’s season ticket, but not enjoyed. If the data has been communicated correctly, the credit has been moved to the adult’s My ticket shop profile. If you have not received the communication via email, you can contact the Juventus fan service at (+39) 011.45.30.486.

HOW IS THE VALUE OF MY VOUCHER CALCULATED?

The value of the voucher is calculated by dividing the value of the season ticket by the 19 matches included in the season ticket, multiplied by the matches not enjoyed and rounded up.

→ For example: voucher value for a Tribuna Nord season ticket: (650/19)*7= 240€

The Serie A TIM 2019/20 league matches that are considered as not having been enjoyed are:

THE AMOUNT OF CREDIT INSIDE MY WALLET IS GREATER THAN THE SEASON TICKET REBATE, WHAT MIGHT BE THE REASON?

This can happen if you have accumulated IMA (My Season Ticket) credits during the 2019/2020 season. For simplicity’s sake, you only have one electronic wallet. Therefore, if, for example, you had accrued 50€ of IMA credit and the overall value of the matches you did not enjoy amounts to 240€, the wallet balance will amount to 290€. Inside the “My balance” of your My Ticket Shop profile you will find an account statement which will clearly show the origin of each credit.

Owing to these exceptional circumstances, the IMA credits accumulated during the course of the 2019/2020 season will not lapse during the next season ticket campaign but will instead have the same duration as the voucher for the matches not enjoyed.

I AM A JUVENTUS PREMIUM CLUB OR A LEGENDS CLUB SEASON TICKET HOLDER, AM I ENTITLED TO A VOUCHER?

The holders of season tickets that include VIP Hospitality (Juventus Premium Club or Legends Club) will be contacted via the usual special communications channels.

For any information, as always, they can turn to their account manager.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY VOUCHER FOR A CASH REFUND?

This is not possible pursuant to art. 88 of Italian Legislative Decree of 17 March 2020 as amended and supplemented, converted in Law no. 27 of 24 April 2020, which prescribes that the refund be paid by issuing a voucher, and thus complying with all refund obligations. According to the same provision the voucher refund does not require any kind of acceptance by the recipient of the same.

The only way of accessing your voucher is by registering on the Official Juventus Ticket Shop.

SPECIAL ACCESS FOR UNDER 14


The 2022/23 season calendar, with details of all available match for free admission for Under14 fan, will be published and updated every 3 months.

FREE TICKETS FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14

Legislative Decree No.8 of 8/2/2007, converted with amendment into Law No.41 of 4/4/2007

Italian law establishes that free named tickets are to be made available to under-14s accompanied by a paying parent (or relative up to the fourth degree of kinship), with no more than one child per adult, for at least 50% of the matches organised over the course of the year, in accordance with procedures set out by each organising party (club).

The accompanying adult must supervise the minor for the entire duration of the match.

HOW TO GET THE TICKET

You can get a free ticket for children under 14 (subject to availability) by accessing the reserved area of the Official Ticket Shop with a specific code for each game that will be published in this section at the opening of the single request procedure for that match.

The reserved area will be active during the free sale period for the single game and until the fifth day before the match. After this deadline, it will be up to Juventus to put on sale any remaining tickets.

Attention: to request a free accreditation you must first insert 1 full ticket in the cart for the accompanying adult and then add a free ticket for the child under 14. Each transaction allows the insertion of 1 full and 1 free ticket for a maximum of 2 total tickets. For further insertions it is necessary to make a new transaction.

Please note that the tickets obtained through this procedure contribute to the calculation of tickets purchased for the individual registered user who, by law, can never be more than 4, regardless of the channel, the mode of purchase or the tariff applied.

Remember that to purchase the tickets you must register for the Official Ticket Shop Juventus.

You have three options to register:

With your Membership: to be used if you have an active membership.

To access the areas surrounding the stadium with your car, buy the parking space nearest to your access gate. To do this just use your MyJuve credentials.

SEASON PARKING PASS

The season parking pass it will be available also for the season 22.23!

19.20 season parking pass subscribers will be able to renew their parking place from 2:00 p.m. on 13th June to 11:59 p.m. on 16th June 2022.

An email containing a code that allows access to a loyalty discount will be sent to all 19.20 parking subscribers.

It will be possible to buy a new season parking pass from 2:00 p.m. on 17th June until availability.

The full price will be 270,00€ (for P4, P5, P7, P9, P10) and 360,00€ (for P8).

Tickets for each match are available exclusively on the Official Ticket Shop Juventus.

I PURCHASED THE TICKET IN ONE OF THE MEMBERSHIP PRIVATE SALE PHASES BUT I CANNOT ATTEND THE MATCH: CAN I SWITCH NAMES?

For tickets purchased in reserved sale it is not possible to switch names.

I AM A J1897 OR A BLACK&WHITE MEMBER: WHAT SHOULD I DO TO BUY A TICKET IN THE PRIVATE SALE?

In order to enjoy the private sale, the first time you access the Official Ticket Shop Juventus you will have to register with your Membership.

Once the private sale phase started, you must enter your Membership code, your date of birth and the password of your My Ticket Shop profile to access the sales phase dedicated to you.

I AM A SEASON TICKET HOLDER TO THE 2019.20 SEASON: WHEN I CAN USE THE VOUCHER COVID I RECEIVED?

When available, you will be able to access a private sale phase for 2019.20 season ticket holders and purchase the ticket for you and/or other season ticket holders of the same season and use the voucher credit of your profile. The system will use the buyer’s credit on the total of the order. The voucher is not used to pay the service fees applied by the holder of the sales system for the intermediary services in the purchase of tickets and delivery of tickets.

Credit will also be used automatically during general sale.

I AM A J1897 OR A BLACK & WHITE MEMBER, HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY IN THE PRIVATE SALE PHASE?

J1897 members have the possibility to buy the ticket also for a maximum of 3 J1897 and/or Junior Member and/or Young Member.

DO CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS HAVE TO PAY FOR A TICKET?

Access is allowed without ticket to children that the day of the event will be Under 6. This condition may vary in case of regulations on the capacity of the stadiums.

FREE PASSES FOR UNDER-14S

The law provides for the issue of free nominal tickets to minors of less than 14 years of age, accompanied by a parent or relative up to the fourth degree, in the maximum quantity of one minor per each adult, for a number of sporting events of no less than fifty percent of those organised during the year.

SEASON PASS 22.23 – RIDOTTO I RATE

Also, for this season there will be the season ticket with Ridotto I rate: in order to be able to select this special rate it will be essential to have an active Juventus card and to apply for accreditation to the dedicated portal that will be available from July 11th , 2022.

FANS WITH DISABILITIES

Juventus Football Club has set up a free booking service to facilitate entry to the stadium for the disabled. The service, aimed at supporters with certificates of 100% disability who need continuous assistance (a condition that must be stated on the certificate of disability), provides for the possibility of free access to the stadium with an accompanying adult carer.

ACCREDITATION FOR FIGC AND AIA

Juventus has established a seat reservation service reserved for CONI, AIA and FIGC cardholders, which is available only for league matches and the Tim Cup.

INDICATIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE STADIUM BY SUPPORTERS WITH DISABILITIES

Juventus Football Club has set up a free booking service to facilitate entry to the stadium for the disabled.
The service, aimed at supporters with certificates of 100% disability who need continuous assistance (a condition that must be stated on the certificate of disability), provides for the possibility of free access to the stadium with an accompanying adult carer.
REMINDER: for reasons of security and accessibility, the seats reserved for people with disabilities are specifically designated to meet the needs of the movement of wheelchairs inside the stadium. The regular ticket does not allow the entrance to the stadium of people in wheelchairs, so it is important to remember that any regular tickets purchased do not allow access to the facility.
Finally, we remind you that the accreditation is issued following the presentation of documentation certifying the disability of the user, so it is strictly personal and not transferable

How to submit a request for online accreditation:

To register, please click on “Register” and fill out the fields with your own personal details; a confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address.
REMINDER: registration is subject to verification of the accuracy of the documentation submitted.
IMPORTANT: registration in the accreditation system only needs to be performed the first time. Once you are registered, following verification by Juventus of the suitability of the documentation presented, to apply for accreditation for subsequent matches you will only need to log in with the email and password entered during the registration phase

To enter the system, insert the email address used during registration and the password previously chosen.
Select the match in question by clicking on the event name. Please note that requests for accreditation will be accepted from Monday at 9:00 a.m. to Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. in the week of the match for Saturday and Sunday matches, and from Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. to Friday at 6:00 p.m. of the week prior to the match for midweek matches.

The confirmation of accreditation will be sent via e-mail
The tickets in digital format (PDF) will be sent to the registration email address.
You will have to print out the ticket to be able to enter the stadium.
N.B.
To gain access to the stadium you will need to print out the tickets in digital format received at the registration email address provided.
If you do not present these tickets, you will not be granted entry to the stadium.

METHOD FOR ACCESSING THE ONLINE ACCREDITATION SERVICE

Juventus has established a seat reservation service reserved for CONI, AIA and FIGC cardholders, which is available only for league matches and the Tim Cup. The service, which is compulsory for accreditation, provides for the possibility of free access to the stadium during Juventus home matches in accordance with MD no. 8 of 08/02/2007.

REMINDER: for reasons of security and accessibility, the seats reserved for members are available in a limited number; your Association/Federation card does not therefore allow entry to the stadium unless accreditation has been previously requested.

Once registered, to apply for accreditation for subsequent matches you will only need to log in with the email and password entered during the registration phase.
To enter the system, insert the email used during registration and the password previously chosen
Select the match in question by clicking on the event name. Please note that requests for accreditation will be accepted from Monday at 9:00 a.m. to Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. (subject to availability) in the week for matches played on for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and from Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. to Friday at 6:00 p.m. (subject to availability) of the week preceding the match date for matches played on Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday
The ticket will be send to the email used for registration on our website
The ticket will be showed at the same time of the AIA / FIGC / CONI personal card and a perdonal ID card, valid and original


IMPORTANT

The company reserves the right to accept the requests received on a first-come, first-served basis; in the event that seats are no longer available, all additional requests will be rejected
Should you lose your password, you can request it from the home page of the accreditation system using the email used during the registration phase.
