Serie A tickets are always in great demand and matches sell out quickly. A Priority Points scheme is used to release tickets in phases to fans who already hold a certain number of points, based on their attendance at previous matches.

Tickets are rarely available on general sale, although occasionally hospitality options might be an option for supporters who don’t qualify to buy under the Priority Points scheme.

The adult must ensure that the child is supervised for the entire duration of the event. The process for issuing free tickets will be decided by the organizing club.

STADIUM ACCESS GUIDANCE FOR 100% DISABLED PERSONS

In order to guarantee accessibility for 100 disabled persons at home games at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, SSC Napoli has created a booking procedure for places.

The procedure involves two different stages. The first will enable users to request two unique booking codes, which can be used to access the second stage, which enables users and helpers to purchase tickets.

In the first stage, fans can use the online form on the www.sscnapoli.it website to request their unique booking code. In doing this, they will need to attach copies of documents proving that they meet the requirements (100% disability certificate, ID document).

This documentation must be attached in pdf format and must be shown at the entrance to the stadium.

Once the request has been made, the unique booking code will be sent out via email. If the correct documentation is not sent, the code will not be activated.

Documentation verification times may vary and cannot be set in advance, so fans are requested to request booking codes as early as possible.

Code can be requested at any time during the season, but only that code received within the five days leading up to the event in question will be considered valid when it comes to purchasing tickets.

Once issued, the code is personal and cannot be transferred to anybody else. The code will only be valid for that particular season, enabling fans to access the purchasing process for home games, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service.

In order to purchase tickets (while availability lasts), fans simply need to enter their codes on the TicketOne platform (https://sport.ticketone.it/search) together with the personal details of the disabled individual and their helper, who must be an adult. Tickets for disabled individuals are priced at €4, while the helper ticket is priced at €1. TicketOne transaction fees are added on top of this.

At the stadium entrance, fans will need to show a copy of the ticket they will have received via email, in A4 paper format, their 100% disability certificate, and the ID documents of both the disabled individual and their helper. The helper’s ticket cannot be altered or placed in another name. All tickets issued are personal and cannot be transferred. Staff at the entrance will check that all details and documentation are correct.

SSC Napoli would like to remind all fans that they must register on the website and log in using a username and password in order to obtain a booking code.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard tickets alone are not sufficient for individuals in wheelchairs to gain access to the stadium. Therefore, simply purchasing a standard ticket will not gain them access to the stadium.

This page contains information on how to apply for reimbursement for events postponed or cancelled due to the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency or other reasons.

REIMBURSEMENT OF EVENTS SCHEDULED AND NOT HELD DUE TO THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY

Following the legislative changes to art. 88 of Law Decree no. 18 of 17 March 2020 (‘Decreto Cura Italia’) vouchers can be used within 36 months from the date of issue.

The extension of validity has already been applied to all vouchers issued and transmitted by TicketOne S.p.A.

TicketOne informs that a new voucher will not be issued, the new expiration date has already been updated for all vouchers previously issued and communicated.

Please note that, considering the difficult situation we are still living and the high volume of events cancelled and postponed, the time needed to manage requests and refunds will be longer than usual and may extent to the next few months.

Decree-Law No 24 of 24 March 2022 ordered the end of the state of health emergency as of 31 March 2022.

For events scheduled and not held due to the regulatory provisions adopted by the Government/Legislator to cope with the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, organizers may provide for reimbursement operations autonomously or through the TicketOne sales channel delegating it to carry out such operations. TicketOne, in fact, is an intermediary subject of the sales acting in the name and on behalf of the event organizer.

REIMBURSEMENT OF EVENTS SCHEDULED AND NOT HELD FOR REASONS OTHER THAN THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY

For scheduled events that are not held for reasons other than the Covid-19 epidemic emergency, the organizers may provide for the reimbursement operations themselves or through the TicketOne sales channel, delegating it to carry them out. TicketOne, in fact, is an intermediary subject of the sales operation acting in the name and on behalf of the event organiser.

FORM OF REIMBURSEMENT

The form of reimbursement is decided solely by the Event Organizer and may be made in monetary form or, in the cases provided for by law with reference to events scheduled and not held due to the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, in the form of a voucher.
In fact, please note that, only for events not held due to the epidemiological emergency, pursuant to article 88 of Law Decree no. 18 of 17 March 2020 (‘Decreto Cura Italia’), as subsequently amended, organizers may reimburse by voucher:

tickets purchased for events that were subsequently cancelled and do not concern the category of pop music;
tickets purchased for events subsequently postponed.

REIMBURSEMENT IN THE FORM OF VOUCHER

The voucher issued as a refund by an organizer through TicketOne S.p.A. is valid for 36 months and can be exclusively spent on the TicketOne catalog for events of that specific organizer.

For further information please read the dedicated voucher FAQ.

WHAT IS REIMBURSED

As indicated in the “Terms and Conditions of Purchase”, the refund, whether in the form of money or voucher, will be paid net of commissions for intermediation services rendered by TicketOne. The refund will also be net of presale fees, if the organizer decides to do so, which in any case cannot exceed 13% of the total price of the ticket.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT

Whatever the reason for the postponement or cancellation of the event, the guided procedure for requesting a refund per ticket is unique and is explained and accessible at the following.

Specifically:

Insert the requested data related to your ticket and/or season ticket, or viceversa your order number if you have chosen the pick up at the place of the event as method of delivery;
Click on “Add tickets” and, if the data are correct and the corresponding event is enabled for refund, you will be able to complete your refund request;
The procedure will display an error message if incorrect data have been entered, or if the deadline for submitting the request has expired or has not yet been opened, or if the event is not enabled for refund on TicketOne systems because the refund operations have not been delegated to TicketOne.
Once the reimbursement request procedure has been successfully completed, you will be provided with a code related to the reimbursement file, both on the screen and in the email confirmation that TicketOne sends upon the completion of the procedure (visible in the blue rectangle under “PRACTICE NR.”). This is the identification code to refer to in case you need to contact the customer service for questions related to the refund procedure.

HAVE YOU PURCHASED SEVERAL TICKETS WITH A SINGLE ORDER AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW?

The above procedure applies to every single ticket purchased. Therefore, if you have purchased more than one ticket within the same order, you must follow the same procedure in order to obtain the refund defined by the organizer by entering a request for each ticket. This will give you the possibility to decide which tickets you mean to keep valid and which ones you want to have refunded.

It is therefore necessary to exactly and uniquely identify each single ticket to be cancelled or refunded, even if it is a part of a series of tickets purchased through a single order.
