ROME, CDS – As reported today by the CdS, the negotiation between the PSG midfielder and Roma continues in a really dense and convincing way.

Rome, CdS: “The Giallorossi want the Dutch jewel”

“The obstacle to get around is economic. Wijnaldum earns about 9 million, the legacy of a crazy contract signed last year as a free agent. At the time, the captain of the Dutch national team, who had also been probed by Roma, left Liverpool and managed to extract very convenient conditions to join the team of stars. ”

“È here Dan Friedkin must intervene, asking the PSG for a consistent collaboration in the payment of the engagement (around 50%) and the acceptance of a loan with the right of redemption, and then re-discuss the future of Wijnaldum one year after the expiry of the contract (2024). For the moment the agreement has not been reached. But the parties involved, including the intermediary who is handling the negotiation, are optimistic. “

THE DECISION. “Meanwhile, Wijnaldum, who has been excluded from Galtier’s last call-up for the last friendly match, has made his decision and plans to proceed to Roma. È another of the great players that Mourinho was able to convince with a phone call. He wants to leave the Fr. sg because his first season in France was not very rewarding: especially in the Champions League, he played little. And he scrutinized both rounds of round of XNUMX against Real Madrid from the bench. In the months leading up to the World Cup, he needs space and continuity to fly to Qatar with outstretched wings. It is not excluded that it is he who, in order to facilitate the transfer, gives up part of his salary, at least for next season. “
