Serie A tickets are always in great demand and matches sell out quickly. A Priority Points scheme is used to release tickets in phases to fans who already hold a certain number of points, based on their attendance at previous matches.
Tickets are rarely available on general sale, although occasionally hospitality options might be an option for supporters who don’t qualify to buy under the Priority Points scheme.
In order to avoid long queues at authorized resellers, UC Sampdoria always recommends purchasing tickets online through its official sport.ticketone.it channel . The company is not responsible for any tickets purchased on unofficial sites.

2019/20 SUBSCRIPTION REFUND VOUCHER
Subscribers of the 2019/20 season who are in possession of the refund Voucher will be able to use it to purchase the ticket and the amount will be deducted from the amount due. The coupons at a reduced rate are only and exclusively for the Distinct Sectors “108” and “101”. The accompanying person may request a ticket at the same rate as for the handicapped (if expressly indicated in the certificate of disability) always in the same sector. DELEGATE TRADITIONAL TICKET
In this section you can move a paper ticket by giving it to a new user. To enter the stadium, the delegate must use the original card holder and the print of the user change confirmation.
- The “ FULL ” fare pass/ticket can be sold without any age or category limitation.
- The “ UNDER 18 ” season ticket can be sold to a person born after 01/01/2005 onwards. – The “ UNDER 12
” subscription can be sold to a person born after 01/01/2011 onwards. – The “ OVER 65 ” season ticket can be sold to a person born before 31/12/1957.
IMPORTANT : For technical reasons, name changes can be made no later than 3 hours before the start of the match
FIGC – CONI – AIA accreditations
In compliance with the regulations envisaged by Ministerial Decree 08/02/2007 n ° 8, UC Sampdoria has set up a seat reservation service for holders of FIGC, CONI (excluding CONI Stampa cards) and AIA cards. Reservation is mandatory and active until all available places are exhausted. The card of your association alone does not entitle you to enter the stadium if you do not make the prior request through the following procedure.
Send a specific e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reference lot in the subject of the same. The applicant must report, in the e-mail, his personal data (name, surname, date and place of birth) and the number of the federal card, attaching the image of the same and an identity document. It should be noted that requests sent without the aforementioned documents will not be taken into consideration. It should be noted that the cards must be of the current year and cards relating to years prior to the current one will not be accepted.
The request must be sent within the following deadlines:
- For the matches played in the weekend shifts (including advances and postponements) requests are sent from 9.00 on the Tuesday before the dispute of the event until 13.00 on Wednesday.
- For midweek shifts (including advances and postponements) from 9.00 on Wednesday before the dispute of the event until 13.00 on Friday. Requests not sent within the aforementioned deadlines or in different ways (for example by fax) will not be taken into consideration.
The accreditation confirmation will be sent directly by Ticketone always by e-mail. The available places will be assigned respecting the order of arrival of the e-mails. If the email containing the accreditations from Ticketone is not received, the request is to be considered rejected due to the exhaustion of places.
The electronic ticket, personal and non-transferable, must be printed and presented directly at the dedicated turnstiles of the Distinti sector (Entrances 1-2-3). The ticket user must show up at the stadium with the federal card as well as the identity document and the Green Pass.
The credit issued is personal and non-transferable. Any fraudulent use and non-compliance with the assigned place will result in immediate reporting to the competent bodies as well as expulsion from the stadium, further accreditations will not be issued for subsequent matches.
It is possible to request accreditation only for the home matches of the championship and the Italian Cup.
The request for accreditation involves the authorization to process personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003. UC Sampdoria announces that the requested data will be deleted within 7 days from the dispute of the match.
UC Sampdoria communicates the accreditation methods for media and photographers relating to the home matches scheduled at the “Luigi Ferraris” stadium in Genoa.
The written request from the newspaper or the reference agency – complete with name, surname, place and date of birth of the accredited staff – will be forwarded to the Communication Area exclusively via e-mail at email@example.com .
A copy of the registration card for the Journalists’ Association must also be attached to the application.
Photographers can be accredited exclusively through the Lega Serie A through the dedicated portal, within the times and in the manner provided by the Lega Serie A itself.
On the basis of the regulations in force, please note that media and photograph accreditation will not be issued to non-holders of the Order of Journalists card.
We also inform you that no accreditations will be issued to television operators of broadcasters who do not have filming rights.
The company, in order to guarantee the safety distance in the workstations, will communicate by e-mail the acceptance or refusal of the accreditation request.
It is valid for 5 years from the time of subscription, a cost of 12.00 euros and is the only tool that, in the event of limitations imposed by the competent bodies, allows you to follow Sampdoria matches away from home after purchasing tickets valid for the Guest Sectors.

EXPIRY OF THE CARD VALIDITY DEADLINE

PROCEDURES FOR THE ISSUE OF CARDS AND POSSIBLE MOVING OF SECURITIES LOADED INSIDE
Go to the Service Center in via XX Settembre, 252, personally with an identity document and tax code. For minors, the presence of at least one parent or legal guardian with identity documents and tax code is required, even of the minor. In case of renewal, notify the operator if any tickets are loaded inside the old card (for example season ticket); the Service Center staff will move the title to the new card.

ONLINE SAMPCARD REQUEST AND POSSIBLE MOVING OF UPLOADED SECURITIES INSIDE
To proceed with the SAMPCARD issue request (whether it is renewed or requested for the first time), registration on the Sport.Ticketone website will be mandatory.
ATTENTION: upon completion of the order, the “old” SAMPCARD will be irrevocably disabled and will no longer be valid for access to the events. The applicant therefore assumes full responsibility for the revocation.
It is also advisable to pay close attention to the data entered in the SAMPCARD application (whether it is renewed or requested for the first time), when the request is confirmed it will no longer be possible to make changes or by of the requesting fan, nor by Ticketone.
The card will be sent directly by Ticketone to the address indicated by the applicant after 20 working days from the request.
Once the SAMPCARD request operations have been completed, Ticketone will send the customer, via e-mail, a receipt in PDF which will allow them to immediately purchase admission tickets (tickets / season tickets).
Any tickets that were loaded into the replaced SAMPCARD must be transferred to the new card signed through the “TRANSFER OF SECURITIES” section of the following link
SAMPCARD loss: To obtain a duplicate of the lost cards, the procedure to follow is the same as above.

Supporter Liaison Officer
One of the innovations introduced by the Financial Fair Play regulation (2009) is the figure of the Supporter Liaison Officer.
This is a role that has long been considered mandatory in some associations (Switzerland and Germany above all) and which, starting from the 2012/2013 football season, has become one of the requirements for obtaining the UEFA License.
The Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) is the club’s supporter liaison officer, i.e. the person responsible for fan relations, who acts as a key point of contact between the club and supporters.
The Supporter Liaison Officer participates in the periodic meetings organized by the company on the subject of relations with fans and collaborates with the safety and security delegate at the stadium.
He is present at the stadium for home and away matches when the number of visiting fans is considerable. For the latter, it assists its supporters in the Guest Sector during the inflow and outflow operations to the sports facility.
