Sassuolo Ticket Information

Serie A tickets are always in great demand and matches sell out quickly. A Priority Points scheme is used to release tickets in phases to fans who already hold a certain number of points, based on their attendance at previous matches.
Tickets are rarely available on general sale, although occasionally hospitality options might be an option for supporters who don’t qualify to buy under the Priority Points scheme.
CARD USER CHANGE
User change is available only for events and in the modalities approved by the Organizer. In compliance with current regulations (Italian ministerial decree of 6 Jun 2005), it is necessary to verify the identity of the users of admission titles (seasoncards / tickets): people accessing the stadium by using irregular titles are subject to the penalties in accordance with the current legislation.
At this webpage it is possible to change ticket owner from the one indicated on the access title to a new one: the operation has immediate effect, when successfully completed.
At the moment of entrance into the stadium, the new beneficiary of the right of entry must submit the receipt which certifies the completed name variation printed from the website, together with the access title.
Whether the prodecures are not completed or in case of nonsubmission of the receipt certifying the name variation to the security staff, access to the stadium won’t be allowed.
IMPORTANT:The change of user of admission tickets is possible only if carried out for the benefit of a person having the same rights. It is not possible to request user changes with the addition of what has already been paid for the transfer of a higher price type: from reduced to full, from one place to another.
ACCREDITATION
Requests for Press and Media accreditation shall be sent to the Press Office only via e-mail ufficiostampa@sassuolocalcio.it within 72 hours of the scheduled match kick-off, unless otherwise stated.
As for the photographers, accreditations will be managed entirely by Lega Serie A, so we invite those interested to refer to the official website of Lega Serie A.
Please note that, according to the guidelines regarding behind closed-door games published by FIGC, access to a limited number of journalists will be guaranteed in order to respect the social distancing. Each newspaper may send a maximum of 1 person. The accredited journalists will only and exclusively have access to the Press Stand. Sassuolo Calcio will consider the requests according to the availability of the seats in the Press Stand.
All requests have to be made in headed paper and signed by the director of the newspaper in object and will have to report the personal data (name, last name, date and place of birth) and the Professional Order number of the journalist or technician requesting the accreditation.
U.S Sassuolo Calcio will send a CONFIRMATION for the ACCREDITATION at the email address provided by the applicant. If accreditation is not accepted due to lack of available seats, the club U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will communicate the “Request Denied”.
ATTENTION: It is strictly forbidden to make videos and/or photos with cameras, smartphones and tablets from the press stand (for more information about restrictions click here). The use of electronic devices for recording and/or transmitting and/or producing and/or distributing, in any way whatsoever, any audio, video, audiovisual material or any information or data concerning the course, conduct or any other aspect of any game for betting activities or for commercial activities not previously authorised is also strictly prohibited within the system, with the exception of editorial uses that do not integrate any commercial purposes, unless permitted by the Lega Serie A and the Club; the use of mobile phones is permitted only and exclusively for strictly personal and private use. In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, access to the facility may be denied or, in any case, may result in the expulsion from such facility.

U.S. Sassuolo Calcio have set up a free booking service to facilitate access to the stadium for disabled. The service, for fans with a 100% disability certificate and who require continuous assistance, provides the possibility of free access to the stadium with a chaperone, necessarily over 18.
HOW TO PRESENT AN ACCREDITATION REQUEST
SERVICE REGISTRATION: to register the applicant must send U.S Sassuolo Calcio a copy of their disability certificate and identification document via e-mail at the following address info@sassuolocalcio.it
FILL IN the accreditation request form in a clear and legible manner
SEND THE REQUEST via e-mail at info@sassuolocalcio.it within 72 hours of the scheduled match kick-off. All requests that arrive after this deadline will not be taken into consideration. Accreditation opening: 7 days prior match day
U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will send the CONFERMATION OF ACCREDITATION to the e-mail address indicated by the applicant (we strongly suggest you print a copy of the confirmation and bring it with you to the stadium). If accreditation is not accepted, the club U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will communicate the “Request Denied”. In the case of no response the request is to be considered at all rates declined.
ATTENTION: ACCREDITATIONS ARE NOMINATIVE therefore any variations of the chaperone indicated must be communicated within, and no later than, two days prior to match day, we also remind you that the only ticket and ID will not be sufficient, the entrance to the stadium will be allowed if also in possession of Green Pass.
For those with less than a 100% disability, tickets are available with a dedicated price reduction (these may be acquired at normal vending outlets by presenting a disability certificate). The offer is only valid for those with at least a 74% invalidity status.
Finally, for security reasons, it should be noted that disabled fans who cannot walk will have access (subject to specific withdrawal of accreditation) only to the area reserved for them, regardless of the purchase of tickets in another area.
HOW TO ACCESS THE STADIUM
Tickets must be retrieved no less than 30 minutes prior to kick-off from the ACCREDITATIONS BOX-OFFICE. Any later and the right to pre-emption on the ticket will have expired.
Tickets will only be issued upon presentation of a valid ID and Green Pass from both ticket holders.
After having retrieved their accreditation, those with a 100% disability and their chaperones will be able to access the area of the stadium reserved for them.
According to the current procedures adopted by U.S. Sassuolo Calcio regarding stadium access, these cards alone do not represent a sufficient title to enter Mapei Stadium and attend the match. Therefore, CONI, FIGC and AIA cards will not be valid for entry unless accompanied by an invitation ticket.
U.S. Sassuolo Calcio provide, for each home match of the Serie A TIM Championship 2021-2021, a limited number of free tickets for FIGC – CONI – AIA members. Only 1 accreditation will be granted for each eligible card and a maximum of 3 accreditations per section.
The request for accreditation must be sent ONLY via email to biglietteria@sassuolocalcio.it, starting from the days and hours of presale tickets launches with reference to the match. Early and late requests will not be accepted.
Requests must be accompanied by a valid annual membership card and ID; seats will be assigned in order of request and subject to availability.
Members are asked not to request accreditation without having the certainty of being able to actually use them.
U.S Sassuolo Calcio will send the invitation ticket at the email address provided by the applicant. If accreditation is not accepted, the club U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will communicate the “Request Denied”.
The accreditations reserved for these cards are personal and non-transferable. We also remind you that the entrance to the stadium will be allowed only if in possession of Green Pass.
All requests shall be sent to the sport secretary via e-mail at segreteria@sassuolocalcio.it within 72 hours of the scheduled match start. Sassuolo Calcio has the right to decline all requests sent after the expressed deadline.
All requests shall include the following personal data (name, surname, date and place of birth) of the applicant. Accreditations for Sports Clubs must be sent on the Club’s official headed paper while accreditation for Sports Agents will be issued only to those who are listed in CONI/FIGC registers. Incomplete information will lead to the immediate refusal of the accreditation request.
U.S Sassuolo Calcio will send the TICKET at the email address provided by the applicant. If accreditation is not accepted, the club U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will communicate the “Request Denied”.
We also remind you that the entrance to the stadium will be allowed only if in possession of Green Pass and valid ID.
Specific dispositions may be adopted for certain matches due to the elevated number of requests presented. These dispositions will be duly communicated.
For further information, please call 0536/882645 from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 1pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Please note that in case of midweek fixtures, the telephone service will not be active on game day.
SASSUOLO CARD
The “Sassuolo Card” is a loyalty card that represents the sense of belonging to the colours green and black and ensures the highest standards of safety inside stadiums.
Furthermore:
- it is mandatory for fans who wish to subscribe to the Sassuolo Calcio seasonal ticket. In fact, the club cannot issue a subscription without adhesion to the Supporter Card program.
- It is mandatory for seasonal tickets transfer: Seasonal ticket transfer is only possible among Sassuolo Card holders.
- Supporter Card holders need not worry about any limitations or restrictions determined by the Observatory.
- The Card is strictly personal and should not, and cannot, be used by third parties. The Card has a 5 year validity,subject to provisions of the competent Authorities.
HOW TO REQUEST THE SASSUOLO CARD
Adhesion to the “Sassuolo Card” project is completed by filling in the appropriate FORM. The form must be accompanied by:
- A copy of the applicants Identification Card, or in the case of a minor that of his/her guardian
- A copy of the applicants fiscal code
- All documentation shall be delivered EXCLUSIVELY to the Sassuolo Calcio main offices Thursday to Tuesday from 2.30 P.M. to 6.30 P.M. In these times it is also possible to retrieve your card once it is ready.
The “Sassuolo Card” has an activation fee of €10 to be paid at time of Card subscription underwriting (with the exception of Under 14’s for whom the Card is free of charge). The card is issued immediately upon subscription.
In the case of theft, loss or misappropriation of your “Sassuolo Card” it is necessary to submit a formal statement to a Public security representative (Police or Carabinieri). To request a new card it is sufficient to present copy of this official statement at the Sassuolo Calcio main offices during the hours previously indicated and fill-in a new request form. Release of new card requires a €10 payment.
