Armando Izzo, Torino defender, was interviewed in the mixed zone after the match against Apoel. He talked about various topics including, Juric’s way of coaching and upcoming seasonal goals. Here are the words of the Campano defender:

“Nothing serious, I took a blow but I’m fine and can’t wait to train. It was a hard-fought match, the coach changed the whole team. It was a useful test for putting minutes in the legs. Captain’s armband? It’s my fifth year here, I’m proud. I thank the coach and teammates for the opportunity, I’m happy ”.

In defense we must always be careful, the coach wants us to play early and recover the ball forward. I miss my family, but in two days I’ll be back home ”.
