Milan, Sky: “Various options for the defensive department”
Milan actively works on several incoming fronts, linked to the midfield after Tonali’s minor injury and on the defense. Coach Stefano Pioli awaits reinforcements and prepares himself in the best possible way for this afternoon’s match against Udinese. The management has promised two reinforcements, one in defense and one in the middle area of the pitch. But time is running out and the most popular prospect, Abdou Diallo, continues to be far away. It is difficult to find an agreement with Paris Saint Germain, despite some encouraging signs of openness to the loan with the right of redemption. If things do not take a different turn, the Rossoneri could surprisingly remain that way. As also communicated by Sky colleagues, Milan opted for the Spezia defender Piotr Kiwior. The Polish class 2000 could be purchased already during the winter edition of the market to be left in Liguria until the end of the championship. The Rossoneri have been following the boy for some time and the opportunity of Mattia Caldara’s loan was precious to return to the discussion.
